Option 1 (SUMMER MISSION)

(Duration: 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks long)

CALCUTTA

We will visit the home of Mother Teresa, attend daily mass at her tomb, and serve the poorest of the poor alongside her sisters, the Missionaries of Charity. Our service to the orphaned babies, children with special needs, and the dying homeless will take us into the heart of need in Calcutta — the surrounding slums. We will ride trains, tuk tuks, and busses too. You will have the option to ADD-ON weekend trips to visit and experience more!

Option 2 (WINTER PILGRIMAGE)

(Duration: 2+ weeks long)

GOA | CALCUTTA | KERALA | CHENNAI | NEW DELHI | AGRA | JAIPUR

This is a unique pilgrimage that takes place once in 10 years. First attraction is Goa. St. Francis Xavier, who is also known as the Apostle of the Far East, is considered to be one of the greatest missionaries since St. Paul the Apostle. His incorrupt body is 5 centuries old and it is put on display once every 10 years. We will venerate his holy relics, enjoy the Portuguese culture and relax at some beautiful beaches.

We will visit the home of Mother Teresa, attend daily mass at her tomb, and stop by the Home for the Dying (Nirmal Hriday) where it all began. We will also take the time to visit South India. St. Thomas the Apostle built the earliest Christian Churches in Kerala. Tracing his footsteps, we will experience Eastern rite Catholic Mass and retreat on a unique houseboat in the backwaters of Alleppey. In Chennai, we will visit the place where he was martyred and attend Mass at his Tomb.

This trip is ideal for adults and seniors as well. You will stay at very nice hotels and have very unique experiences. You will be immersed in the sights, sounds, smells, and tastes of India. It will be an explosion of senses. We will visit the places that make India distinct and incredible, like the majestic Taj Mahal, royal palaces of Jaipur, and the historic monuments of New Delhi. We will ride trains, tuk tuks, and elephants too!
